We planned a huge backyard wedding for 300 of our closest friends :) We planned everything from scratch so we were so relieved to find a company like this to help us do the math and figure out how much alcohol we would need. Sean was incredibly communicative and answered all of our questions in a timely and detailed manner. His list of specialty drinks was really fun to go through and pick what worked for what we like, and his grocery list was spot on. He personally contacted the liquor company to arrange drop off and pick up times, and I can honestly say I never once worried about our open bar. Our friends were VERY pleased and we heard from several people how awesome the bartenders and the drinks were. He triple checked our liquor store receipt to make sure we were getting the best prices as well. I felt the whole time that he was looking out for us! These guys were a recommendation from a friend, and I cannot sing their praises enough. I LOVED THEM!!! The bartenders were fantastic. The deal is - they are mobile bartending service. You provide the liquor and supplies, they bring the bar and pour the drinks. They are military veteran owned and they made the night! Everyone loved them. They knew what to recommend, they were so sweet, neat, professional and just fantastic. You pay them after the event is done... it's amazingly affordable. Overall great experience!We used 11th Hour for our bartending service at our wedding on July 12, 2019 at The Brix on the Fox. I worked with Dawn who was a huge help in preparing our grocery list based on the signature drinks we wanted and the number of guests that would be attending and then I was able to edit the quantities of alcohol and mixers based on what we knew our guests would drink. She even offered to have the signs for our signature drinks printed and framed for the bar. It made the process so easy for us and it was one less thing we had to worry about! For the reception, the bartenders were quick and made delicious drinks, however, one of the bartenders was not very friendly but she may have just been having a bad day, which is why I still want to state that our overall experience with them was great and we would definitely recommend them to others!Sent on 07/24/2019

EVENT BARTENDING-ONLY OR AN ALCOHOL CATERING?
You have the choice of a complete Do-It-Yourself execution of the alcohol-related tasks including the ordering and delivering all the alcohol, mixers (sodas & juices), ice, cups, as well as transporting everything home at the end of the event. You hire a bartender to simply bartend the event.
Or…
You can hire a TABC licensed alcohol catering company to not only bartend your event, but to provide a complete professional turn-key solution.
Either way, Bartending2U can be your bartending-only provider or your complete alcohol caterer. We appreciate the opportunity to quote our services to meet your specific needs for your next event.
BARTENDING2U ALCOHOL CATERING SERVICE
- Bartending2U has a Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) mixed-beverage permit, same as a bar, and we operate and are regulated like a bar. All state rules and laws apply.
- With our caterer's permit, we are allowed to operate our “bar' off-site, with a TABC approved daily temporary permit.

- Like a bar, we sell alcohol on a consumption basis at a per beer/wine/drink rate.
- Prices include transportation & delivery costs, as well as all necessary mixers, ice, and clear disposable cups. Bartending service is separate and not included in drink prices.
- Before and after the event, Bartending2U is meticulous about counting the number of beers and glasses of wine served and we weigh our liquor bottles for accurate final consumption calculations.
- Convenience: less time, less hassle before and after the event.
- Certainty: Less than 1% chance of running out of alcohol and 0% chance of over-ordering and being 'stuck' with extra alcohol and the subsequent inconvenience of having to transport, return or store leftovers.
- Cost-effective:Bartending2U does not charge a flat per-person rate (unlike other alcohol caterers); the client does not pay for a guest who may not attend or may not drink much.
- Less liability: by selling & serving the alcohol, Bartending2U takes on more of the liability if something unfortunate happens. DIY’ers have more direct liability when they provide the alcohol.
11th Hour Bartending
- When Bartending2U is hired for alcohol catering services, we cannot serve ANY alcohol provided by the client.
- When Bartending2U is hired for bartending service-only, we cannot deliver alcohol on our client's behalf.
Alcohol CateringBar Options
Host pays for bartending service and for all alcohol (beer, wine and/or liquor) for the full duration of event.
Host pays for bartending service and for all alcohol limited to a certain $ amount, time, or a certain number of drinks per person.
Host pays for bartending service only, and the guests pay for all alcohol.
Host pays for bartending service only, and alcohol is paid for by host up to certain amount of time or minimum $ amount or only for certain types of alcohol and the rest is paid for by the guests.
Bartending Service Only Events:
- Hourly rate: $55/hour for 1 bartender, $45/hour for each additional bartender.
- Administrative booking fee: $20
- Minimum: 4-hour unless an agreed upon shorter duration and higher hourly rate.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total amount of bartending service due to be paid within 7 days of booking the event.
- Final balance: due the week of the event.
- Gratuity: not included in service rates.
Alcohol Catering Events:
- Hourly rate: $50/hour for 1 bartender, $45/hour for each additional bartender.
- Administrative booking fee: $20.
- Minimum: 4-hour unless an agreed upon shorter duration and higher hourly rate.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of the total amount of bartending service due to be paid within 7 days of booking the event.
- Minimum: a) For either of the Host-Paid or Combination Bars, there will be a minimum $amount required in alcohol sales and is due 7 days before the event. The final bill will be calculated after the event and the balance will be due immediately after final invoice is presented. b) For the Guest-Paid option, there will be a minimum $amount required in alcohol sales, and if that amount is not met, the balance will be due immediately after final invoice is presented.
- Drink prices will depend on types of alcohol (call or premium) and expected consumption.
- Soft Drinks: not included. Additional $2-3 per non-alcohol drinking guests (TBD).
- Facility Charges: if your venue or event location requires a facility charge to be paid, client is responsible for that charge.
- Gratuity: not included in service rates.
Gratuity Options
- Host pays 15% of bartending service amount AND bartender(s) are allowed to place simple glass tip jars on bar.
- Host pays $20/hour per bartender or 15% of the alcohol consumption AND bartenders are NOT allowed to have a tip jar.
